i got a really flat tummy fairly quickly just by running. i did a little bit of situps daily...! but not a lot. just like a hundred. & basically just cut back your caloric intake a little. you know, combine a little dieting w/ cardio exercise to burn fat! eliptical machines are pretty easy to use! good foods to eat are plain oatmeal, & low fat yogurt...fish! lots of fiber! & water water water! hope this advice helps
