Is Thailand rich ............?

Im pretty sure it's rich my parent's come from Bangladesh which is an extremely poor but anyways is Thailand rich cos 1 of my mates is from great great great grand parents are from Thailand but moved to Bangladesh a long time ago i have no idea why but im curious is it a rich country what is the GDP
