Sore , lower back pain=Pregnant?

My s are sore, but only when I push on them, they hurt really bad....Also, I've been getting period-like lower back pain....If I did conceive this cycle, it's only about 7 dpo...What do you think?? Also, how many dpo did you get a bfp??
