What are Terbasmin, Flumil Forte, Xazal, and Cidine used for?

My wife had bronchitis while in Spain. She was given the above medicines, She still has a little bit of a cough but is now feeling very weak. Might these medicines been the cause of the weak feeling? It is difficult to find information in English as these seem to be Spanish medicines.
