Aaaah! My Uggs??

I got my Uggs, Clic Short Chestnut, a few weeks ago. When I bought them, I didn't think I would need the protectant spray right then, so I didn't get it. Water fell on the suede, and there are like these little imprints, and they won't go away. I'm going back to my mall on Friday to go shopping, and I will get some. Will they be okay once I spray them?
