My dog's insides are making weird noises!!! PLZPLZ HELP!!!!!!!?

They are making gurgling and farting noises and I'm sososos worried!! He is a 13 year old beagle!! (And he has been eating these purple plants outside my house, but he does that all the time...) What's happening to him? They sound like they are around his lower belly!!
