Why is that most aquarians go for platonic relationships even though they are very attractive?

Aquarians combine love and freedom: they want to love and to be independent at the same time. It is necessary for them not to feet confined, because, in that instance, they become melancholy. Aquarians do not have a pionate disposition, even though they may express pion in a refined manner. They seek deeper relationships which go beyond pion. They are aware of the dangers of love, and may prefer what is known as platonic love. Aquarians seek someone who shares the same ideas and ideals. They do not evaluate other persons according to conventional criteria, such as physical attractiveness, but according to their ways of life. Because they do not measure trust according to presence and absence, they are willing to grant others the same freedom which they seek for themselves. Aquarians tend to regard true love as a communion of souls.
