Did anyone think the last episode of Doctor Who was a bit lame?

I thought the epidose had good and bad. John Simm was quality and rose above the script weaknessess with his charisma and humour and should have his own series I agree.There was a atmosphere of darkness and dread and Marthas family talking about the destruction of Japan was a chilling highlight.The revelation of the toclafanes true identity was truly creepy. But i agree some of the script points were lazy and too much.The points you made were great plus I find it hard to believe the master who was ahead of them the entire time would have not figured out the big paln.I think this episode will have mixed reviews and opinions.
