Does long term consumption of alkaline water cause problems?

I've been drinking alkaline water for the most part at a pH level of 9-11 for two years now. My diet is not that bad, although I have not done any hard core cleansing along the way. The changes I've seen over two years are: skin thinning/drying/wrinkling, fatigue, joint pain, and even got diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I am not directly attributing these symptoms to the intake of the water, but these symptoms began occuring after I started drinking alkaline water. Also, I had symptoms of skin eruptions, missed periods, hair loss prior to taking the water, and they have not disappeared (as widely claimed).
